You have purchased the best Drinking Water System money can buy. You will be saving hundreds of dollars over the cost of home-delivered bottled water every year. Your Everpure System will provide you with many years of great tasting water delivered through your filter-faucet, water dispenser, ice-maker, etc.

To continue to enjoy the benefits of convenient premium quality water in your home, you must maintain your Everpure Drinking Water System per the manufacturer’s instructions.  This specifically includes the replacement of filter cartridges on at least an annual basis, depending on the quality of the local water supply.

From the date of purchase, your Everpure system is covered by a 12-month limited factory warranty (See Manufacturer Warranty).  The Pinnacle Express, Inc., Everpure Customer Loyalty Program is offered to you after the standard warranty expires, whether you are the original owner of the system or the new owner at the installed location. This Loyalty Program covers replacement parts only.  No labor claims will be honored.

To assist you in remembering the annual cartridge change, you will receive an annual reminder notice.  Should your current dealer be unable to fulfill the terms of this agreement for any reason, an alternate supplier can be authorized to execute this agreement.

To ensure your Everpure Customer Loyalty Program does not lapse, you are required to purchase a replacement cartridge from your Everpure dealer annually. Please keep a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Should you need replacement parts for your Everpure Drinking Water System in the future, your sales receipt(s) will confirm that you have met the requirement of regular cartridge replacements.
